This allows us to protect your products and work as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We hope for your understanding and cooperation as safety matters to us and to your business. Please fill in this online form, where you can specify your inspirations / photo preferences / style / brand colours before the shoot. ⁠ ⁠ ❓ Why do you only accept bookings that are two weeks in advance?⁠ ⁠ A lot of work goes into preparing the shoot. We need to brief the team, liaise with the stylist, create moodboards and more. That's why we ask our clients to book well in advance, and two weeks' notice is our cutoff point.⁠ ⁠ ❓Why do I need to pay a deposit?⁠ ⁠ We are committed to providing you, the client, the best result possible. We want you to love the videos and images we shoot, but to ensure we don’t compromise on quality, we need a deposit to cover our baseline costs. Don’t worry though: the deposit is applied to your account and is credit that can be used to buy imagery from your page. If you aren’t happy with the result, and you would rather not purchase anything, email to tell us why and we’ll refund you the full amount.⁠ ⁠ ❓Can I use the images on my website, as well as on social media?⁠ ⁠ Via our website, you will be able to shop your favourite photos and videos and use them on your social media feeds, website, newsletters and more.
