Tom and Patrick Curren, Taylor Knox, Johanna, Victoria, AU. 1996. As it's not unusual, the Bells Beach contest was moved to Johanna (couple hours drive west) since the conditions looked better than Bells. It's a very beautiful drive to an isolated and beautiful part of Australia.
