For a rainy Sunday of #NYFW shows, I let my voluminous @christopherjohnrogers dress be the statement while I tried another trend: The no-foundation trend (!!!). As someone who vehemently thinks women shouldn’t be expected to wear makeup, I love that this is having a moment (read @kristenvbateman’s piece on it for more), so I decided to go for it during a week where the societal pressure to be fully done up is at its peak. To be clear, I’m not anti-makeup by any means (I still wore mascara and gloss), but it was nice to let my skin just *be* for a moment.
