It’s National Rum Day. Here’s a simple edit on a personal favorite & one of the most iconic classics ... the Mojito. 🍉 MOJITO 1.5 oz Silver Rum 1 oz Lime 2 teaspoons sugar 6 + Mint leaves 2 oz Watermelon juice Splash of Soda . Gently mash the mint leaves, sugar and lime juice in a highball. Add the rum, gentle stir, then fill the glass with ice then add Watermelon juice and splash of soda water. Gentle stir.
