Every New Year, I pick a word to guide me. In 2025, my word is a mindset as well as an action: FORWARD. Forward from my mistakes. Forward to allowing myself to not be perfect. Forward from my failures. Forward to celebrating all my successes. Forward from the judgement of others. Forward to continuing to learn how to love myself.
