Congratulations @hannah.che on this absolute marvel of a book! I’ve always been fascinated by traditional Chinese vegetarian and vegan cuisine- it’s the diet my mother’s followed for over 35 years and it’s always been so delicious to me. But there hasn’t been a book in English on it in over 30 years, until now. I’ve learned so much working on this—from Hannah’s research on traditional and modern takes on this food, and from her absolutely gorgeous prose and photos.
