Not sure what it is, because I still love Campari, but there’s something about those clear Gentiane liqueurs 😋🤌 What say you? Bianco Negroni 1 oz Gin 1 oz Gentiane liqueur 1 oz Blanc vermouth 3 dashes Orange bitters Combine ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.
