Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been hard on myself. But when you look at the bigger picture, there’s so much I need to be proud of. Working out is a privilege. Let alone in a gym I’ve always wanted to go to for YEARS. When I was young I wasn’t really allowed to workout because it’s not feminine. Lifting weights and having muscles was frowned upon.
