Every morning I smile because every day I'm waking up and choosing to put forward the work. I'll be honest I do get tired and sore and loose the positive mindset...but even though I have my moments of a negative mindset I never act on them I'll sit in that negative headspace and let those intrusive and derailing thoughts hit me like a boxer slamming his fists into a punching bag and like a punching bag I remain indifferent and wait out the flurry of punches because even negativity punches itself out.
