I never thought it would get to this point but I’m so inspired by my friend @erenanaomi’s post I felt compelled to make my own. My nerves are on full force right now but I imagine nerves are in full force for tens of millions of females around the country in states where abortion is banned. Not that it’s anyones business, but if not for an abortion, I probably wouldn’t have graduated college. I was undiagnosed bipolar at the time and in such a dark place, a baby was the last thing I needed. Thanks to abortion I was able to focus on myself and my recovery. I was in absolutely no state of mind to be a mother. Thanks to abortion I now have a job and and contribute positively to society. Now I get to make tons of other people’s kids happy with my pajama designs. I have no idea where I would be today without abortion. I hate that i feel it’s come to this point. No one wants to advertise their abortion. It’s not something you see often on news feeds. But if putting a face to abortion helps normalize it in any way then it was worth it. 🫤 abortion is not a legal issue it’s a medical issue.
