Still wiped and filled with beaucoup gratitude and from the all the talent, creativity, powerful queer energy, celebration, work, love & support, and community galvanization I experienced during this year’s carnival events. As a visitor, I had no idea that carnival was generated specifically to welcome the LGBTQ+ community to Provincetown in the late 70s - but the energy of those important roots are evident in the blooms. The joy of togetherness in self-expression. The list of those I need to thank is literally endless. Every volunteer. Encouragement and love from my friends and family. ALL THE CREATORS. Bless. Carnival is produced by this entire town. But thank you specifically for all the love and physical support from my partner @timlehmberg and to @shengst and @patrickwdecker , whose drive to do a good job and belief in my capabilities has helped me to grow and push myself.
