Legs baby...Fun fact, copious amounts of cardio and eating minimal food won’t make you lean, won’t make you strong, won’t make you maintain your training routine to your full capacity. What it will do to deplete you if not done correctly or over done. Ladies please stop listing to the stigma cardio and eating little will make you “skinny” train weights, slow down, do your cardio where necessary in your program & eat your calories.
