Incredible to see Councillor Lynne Short shave her head in support of our life-changing work👏 The councillor, who has already raised over £2000 for Terrence Higgins Trust, was cheered on for her hair-raising fundraising efforts at @vadundee. The money raised will help deliver our vital services with the aim to end new cases of HIV by 2030, promote good sexual health and empower people to live well with HIV. Cllr Short said: “I’m doing my Big Shave Off during a time when many are turned off by squabbling, inward-looking politicians – I’m coming out of my comfort zone to show there are bigger things than individual egos". "Hopefully, doing this will not only raise funds and the profile of Terrence Higgins Trust’s work, but show that there is hope, and love."
