I had half a can of flat coke left so I made this cake. It’s a sort of take on a chocolate cake recipe we use @happyendingsldn then mashed up a little. Coke. malt, buttermilk and choc. The icing is a malted water ganache made with the left over chocolate bits in the cupboard.
