today marks my “due date” although I’ve put little to no weight on this guess from the beginning, knowing he’ll choose the perfect time for his birth. a unique time of preparing to have a baby within a couple hours or a couple weeks. I wait and wonder. looking down everyday, amazed at this gift. at this body, and all the synchronicities that needed to take place in order to bring another human into the world. it has felt raw and wild. a true reflection of nature and the creatures we are. valleys and bumps, cracks and crevices, the waters within, movement and stillness, to roam freely or be held. feeling the power of womanhood and motherhood. it is a beautiful road to walk on #40weeks #pregnant #maternity
