Two Boulevardiers with similar ingredients, but very different results! My good friend @holycityhandcraft and I teamed up with @cooperscraft to mix up two delicious Boulevardiers (i.e. the bourbon drinker’s Negroni). We decided to use a few similar ingredients, like Sherry and some sort of pineapple element, but where we both ended up with our recipes was pretty different. Definitely check out @holycityhandcraft to see what he made! Truthfully, @cooperscraft Barrel Reserve tends to be my go-to for making Boulevardiers, so I always have a bottle around. It’s hard to improve on the tried-and-true bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth combo, but dare I say that this recipe just might have done it? Pineapple Brew-levardier 11⁄2 oz Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve 3⁄4 oz Pineapple-infused Campari* 1⁄2 oz Cold brew coffee liqueur 1⁄4 oz Oloroso Sherry Orange oil Combine ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express an orange peel over the top then discard.
