#WhatWeDo: Our Clubs would be nothing without our amazing Club program staff. And our exceptional operations staff members continue to go above and beyond, to help support their work. This week, with only three days between our summer program and the school year started, our operations staff conducted a staff training geared towards preparing our employees for the fall season. The theme of this year’s training was called The Re-up: Refocus, Refresh, Reflect. After a long summer, it was important to remind our staff how much they’re valued and appreciated. The training took a deep dive into reestablishing camaraderie and morale, through various teambuilding activities and relatable presentations. The in-house facilitators did an amazing job creating an interactive atmosphere that provided the staff with an opportunity to learn and be actively engaged.
