Starting this week, we will be featuring our favorite AH stories from you guys, as a way to foster community around our beloved coffee shop. 💚 This week, we caught up with business analytics manager and kickboxing enthusiast @brimenson to ask him about his regular order and what makes AH a great after workout place among other things. How did you discover AH? Through a friend who loves coffee as well. What do you love about AH? I live in the neighborhood. Apart from supporting local businesses, coffee is good, baristas are friendly (shout out to Caren) and I love the spacious and industrial interiors. What’s your favorite AH memory? AH is my go-to coffee spot after kickboxing on my way home 3-4x a week. I usually grab a cup before heading home for work. Caren and Carlo already know my drink upon entering. On weekends, I usually hangout with neighbors in AH. What is your usual order and why do you like it? The best measure to taste quality of coffee is to order it black. Iced Americano with a little bit of brown sugar syrup is divine, too. It is my go to drink after kickboxing sessions. I like the hint of caramel and cocoa. Assembly Hall Coffee Shop is open everyday from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm, and Sundays until 8 pm. Transition to cocktails without having to leave the space at HereAfter from 6.30 pm to maybe the next day?
