First, chop and peel your apples and toss them in 2 tbs maple syrup, and 1 Sea Salt Caramel Flavor Boost. Saute together on the stovetop until apples are tender and set aside. Next, prepare the crust by combining together 1⁄2 cup flour, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup ghee, 1⁄4 cup monk fruit sugar, 1 scoop Gainful Protein & 1 Sea Salt Caramel Flavor Boost. Firmly press the crust mixture into the bottom on a baking dish, and gently layer the sauteed apples on top. In another bowl, make the crumble by combining 1⁄2 cup flour, 1/2 cup oats, 2 eggs, 1⁄4 cup monk fruit sugar, 1⁄2 cup ghee and a handful of crushed pecans. Coat a layer of the crumble on top of the apple layer and pop into oven for 25 minutes. Take it out and let it cool off completely, then layer on your toppings!
