#Throwback to January of 2020 ... before the world changed ... I have been blessed to work with some incredible people and brands! Brands that I have personally used for years. So when I got the call from the wonderful humans at M.A.C. Cosmetics I said “Absolutely Yes!!” I have also decided to share a bit more of my work as a choreographer! When they shared the creative with me, my mind instantly thought Martha Graham and Robert Palmer “Simply Irresistible” music video. Both iconic! I wanted to marry both inspirations. While workshopping the fabric in a way in which I could create these beautiful mock gowns. The fabric wasn’t as easy to maneuver as it looks. The fabric had to constantly be taught in order for it to maintain these shapes. So for these beautiful women it felt like dancing with resistance bands! By the end of rehearsals their arms felt like jello!!! The other challenge for the women was moving form shape to shape on these tiny pedal stoles. NOT EASY!!
