roasted cauliflower ‘steaks’ roasted cauliflower just got a whole lot better! ingredients: 1 whole cauliflower 1/2 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped 1/2 cup pomegranate arils olive oil salt tahini sauce: mix 3 heaped tsp of tahini (@tahinineri_ is the best) with a tsp of water and a tsp of lemon juice. whisk until runny. method: preheat oven to 160°C. Slice cauliflower into even ‘steak’ shaped pieces. place on a lined baking tray and drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil and salt. Bake for approximately 45 mins to soften and then bake for a further 12 mins turning the oven up to 180-200°C depending on your oven. Once cooked through, golden and brown remove from oven and let cool for a few mins. drizzle tahini over each ‘steak’, and top with parsley, almonds and pomegranate. Drizzle with extra tahini if desired!
