One of the many reasons @Chris Bumstead is a 6x Mr Olympia. His workout programs are insane and this was to finish an already heavy chest and tri workout. My arms were dead after this. 😮‍💨 As a Dad of 4 kids if I can make it happen then so can you 💪🏼
