Troubleshooting brows - SAVE if you find this useful 🌟 This is work done on two year old previous brow work done by me. Note that my work has exponentially leveled up over the two years. Her fronts had faded out while the tail end was still dark. My pressure and shading two years ago was very tight-lined and dark in the tail area (which is not what I would do now). I used pixelated shading over the whole brow and added more layers of color correction in the tail area. Here’s how I do it: -Thin mapping string (not using pre-inked) -Pixelated outlines on touch ups -Outlines never gone over more than once except when shading over -Hug the space next to the outline when shading -Wiping after each shading section to check for blending Don’t forget to use orange color correct brows that have turned grey. More correction color layers in saturated grey areas. Now Ombre fronts are the hardest part 😈 -Whip one direction if you do not feel confident -If pendulum, move slower speed -Better to go over less pass with right depth and pressure (depending on skin type) than several passes in that delicate area. I do about two passes in the ombre fronts and a clean up. Again how tight lined my passes are depends on skin type and amount of hair growth in the area. -Use pointillism if needed If you are having trouble in any of these areas I have opened up a 1 day class in CA for those with previous experience.
