One of my first cocktail goto’s many moons ago was a Buck. Which in simplest terms is a spirit, citrus & ginger (beer). I still occasionally love revisiting them, here’s one I recently made with Mezcal. OAXACA BUCK 2 oz Mezcal 1/2 oz Lime 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup Soda Water Lime Essence I prefer making and/or using a ginger syrup & soda 💧 opposed to ginger beer, but as always you do you!
