🥈Recently, Ukraine was recognized as one of the leaders in the context of open data — according to Open Data Maturity 2022, Ukraine received 97 points, thus, stands in 2nd place in Europe. So, it is naturally to tell about Ukraine’s unique digitalization project “State in a smartphone”, Diia - translates as “Action” and also is an acronym for Ukrainian “State and Me” - which Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation created and launched in 2019. 📱Diia helped Ukraine to become the first country with a digital ID that is valid and can be used everywhere within the country, and it has many features — some of them we describe in this post.
