Posted @withregram • @nomacph Dear friends and colleagues, we are on the hunt for a new person to join our Garden & Greenhouse Team full-time in a management position (Garden Team Leader) ⠀⠀⠀ Must have a strong passion and interest in soil care and both annual and perennial plants as well as knowledge of permaculture. Equally important is the ability to work with and collaborate amongst different stakeholders in our community (i.e. working closely with our test kitchen chefs, waiters, farmers and suppliers). ⠀⠀⠀ We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
