I have a few more late summer recipes I want to share, but fall is near. This video was one of my top videos of 2021, so I had to bring it back. What should I make with these cool pans this year? Check out my store in my link if you are looking for the skull πŸ’€ pan. Sweet Potato 1. 1 chopped sweet potato 2. Olive oil 3. 1/8 tsp cumin 4. 1 tsp paprika 5. Salt & pepper to taste Black Bean 1. 2 tbsp vegan butter 2. 2 tbsp flour 3. 1/2 tsp salt 4. 1/4 tsp black pepper 5. 1/4 tsp fresh thyme 6. 1/4 cup of plant-based milk 7. 1/2 cup of vegetable broth 8. 2 cans of black bean 9. 1/4 cup of chopped onions 10. 2 mini chopped sweet peppers 11. 1 tsp minced garlic 12. 1/4 cup of chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce Extra Ingredients 1. Vegan Feta 2. Pizza dough Step 1. Cube, season, oil, and cook sweet potatoes. Set to the side. (You can air fry or bake) Step 2. Create a roux with flour and vegan butter. Step 3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and sweet peppers, and cook for 5 minutes. Next, add plant milk, vegetable broth, black beans, chipotle, thyme, salt, and pepperβ€”Cook for 5 min. Add sweet potatoes.
