Spicy korean peppers glazed Salmon. 🌶🌶🌶🌶
🛒 You’ll need
Taekyung chili flakes
Maple syrup
Butter
Mirin
Salt to season salmon
👩🍳 How
1. In a sauce pan, mix Taekyung Chili flakes, butter, maple syrup and mirin. Warm it in a medium heat until everything is mixed. Be careful not to burn it.
2. Season the salmon with salt. Cook the skin-side first until you get your desired crisp. Then flip the salmon skin-side up.
3. Add Taekyung chili flakes glazed and glaze it over the salmon.
4. Serve with rice and your favorite vegetables. I chooses cucumber to help with the hear from the glaze.

Taekyung Chili flakes. It is a red pepper spice seasoning, perfect not only for traditional kimchi preparation (which i’m learning how to male one) but great for any Asian recipes in general.
