Exercise tends to get tied up with dieting for a lot of people. When exercise is JUST about burning calories or losing weight, it becomes a chore, something you HAVE to do. Perhaps you choose what you think you “should do” based on the calorie burn, even if you don’t like it. It’s hard to stay consistent with something you hate doing. If you associate exercise with dieting, it’s easy for that to fall off too when you’re “off the wagon” with your diet. You don’t HAVE to exercise - let me add that - but I know a lot of y’all want to and want to be more consistent with it. When you pick something you ENJOY and that leaves you feeling good (vs totally depleted) you’re far more likely to stick with it. My group coaching program covers more than just food.
