A bit of an early morning post to share my latest essay is live, titled “It’s A Losing Game, After All”. A love letter to myself and my ever changing, ever flowing journey with my acceptance around life and my body. What it means to really sink your teeth into it, to enjoy food, new cultures, and new experiences. What a unique relationship it is, really. Amidst a flame burning in society pushing women to make themselves smaller, I choose to swim against that current in pursuit of my own peace.
