The Energy Salad
DRESSING
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp champagne vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
THE SALAD
parsley
dill
green onions
kalmata olives
1 preserved lemon
hemp seeds
crispy chickpeas
romaine (or lettuce of choice)
*add soft boiled eggs or grilled chicken for protein
