My time up in NoCal was an absolute dream. I got to cook at a plant medicine retreat in Sonoma. The house where I was staying at has 80 olive trees on the property and even make their own olive oil. Talk about farm to table! After the retreat my wife came to meet me and traveled a bit, from Sonoma to Napa to San Francisco and back. I met a lovely new friend named Sandra and got to see an old friend from Hawaii. We also got to explore the vegan food scene in San Francisco and do a tasting at one of my favorite wineries in Napa. While we were the winery one of the other guests looked at me and said “Hey aren’t you’re Herbivore?!” Your food is delicious” 🤯 I couldn’t believe it, they just happened to be there visiting from chicago. ⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣ So much gratitude to the creator for this thing that we’re doing called life, every moment is a gift. I feel honored to do my profession, which is also my passion and has lead me to discover my purpose. Let’s save the planet one meal at a time ✌️+ ❤️ #govegan
