During this celebration, the leading age group celebrates the new generation. Once initiated, the new generation in turn learns from the elders how to manage village affairs. This celebration allows the new initiates to pass from adolescence to adulthood, to the age of maturity. From this ceremony, the initiates will have the right to speak during the assemblies and thus to take part in the decisions of the village.
