I wrote this song ‘Fall’ about previous experiences dealing with depression. Not wanting to get out of bed. Being unable to socialise. Binge drinking & abusing one’s health. Trying to feel something other than numb. I think many people can relate to some of the things mentioned, if not all. But being aware is also the point of being able to heal. As you know I’m a big advocate for green spaces, the environment, wildlife & biodiversity. I’ve been busy volunteering @ my local nature reserve. Practicing my passion 4 permaculture at my friends allotment using the ‘no dig’ method of growing crops. (And finishing the next musical project ofc ❤️‍🔥) Being outdoors is the biggest thing that improves my mental well-being 10 fold. & giving back to my local green space is the most fulfilling thing in my life.
