Stuff You’ll Need -
RAW Dairy Lactose Free Skimmed Milk - 2cups
@organikcountry Chia Seeds - 6tbsp
Tart Cherries - 25g
Blueberries - 25g
Banana - 25g (fresh chopped)
@monsoonharvest Granola - 2tbsp
@organikcountry Honey - 1tbsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4tsp
Sea Salt - 1/4tsp
& That’s How You Make It -
In a mason jar, add chia seeds, milk, honey, cinnamon powder & sea salt.
Close the jar & shake the ingredients. Then freeze the mix for 6-8 hours or overnight. Keep stirring the mix once in a while.
Next, take the mason jar out of the fridge. Transfer the mix into a serving bowl or glass.
Top it up with granola, sliced banana, blueberries & tart cherries.
Drizzle it up with some honey. Enjoy! 😋
