黎緊兩星期我會展開一場新嘅歷險,採用法國著名嘅行山路徑 GR5 作為今次歷險路線。GR5 由尼斯通往日內瓦 Nice to Geneva,全長約650公里,36000米攀升,我會揹住6kg背囊,全程自我補給,打算walk in入山村小屋過夜,亦有機會郊外露宿,預計用兩星期完成,過程中會拍低所見所聞同大家分享。
今次嘅旅程係一趟個人遊歷,唔係諗住破啲咩紀錄,希望享愛沿路風光,發掘景點背後嘅故事。不過更加重要係為7星期後嘅UTMB做最適當嘅訓練,因為GR5同UTMB嘅攀升比例,以及海拔高度都好相似。當完左兩星期嘅GR5只係為左建立耐力基礎,我仲會再做啲速度課同最後長課,試下用唔同嘅方式去預備比賽。
規劃海外遠足旅程開頭覺得好難,因為我只係識用一部手機可以做到嘅功能。但上網搵下資料,Download GPX file落手錶,用Hiiker 同Google Map兩個apps做對比路線⋯搵到方法之後其實唔係想像中咁難。我透過以上方法規劃出以下到海外遠足嘅行程。
