Most non-Detroiters don’t understand the beauty of this city. The architecture alone makes visiting The D with a trip. Here, I’ve added some quick snaps of the inside of The Guardian building, an Art Deco masterpiece in downtown. What you’re looking at is tile, gold leaf, gold mosaics, paint, and metal. Swoon!!!!
