Mix up concrete with a watery consistency. Hot water can help it setup quicker. Spray pail with WD-40. PAM non stick cooking spray can cause more bubbles. We used an electric mixing tool for concrete to help get the bubbles out. But you can tap on the pale and shake it lightly. Some bubbles/holes are to be expected!
