It’s a new position so there are no standard practices, no boundaries, no rules.😬 . With travel and COVID and everyone taking vacations, I’m off to a busy and rocky start. It’s starting to feel like too much. I need some space to root myself in this new role. I don’t know when that is going to happen. . I’m going to have to start saying no.
