To the locals,these trees are sacred,believed to be the home of spirits.They are actually the home of so much more...they store water.The fruits and leaves provide food and medicine.The branches and the huge trunk provide housing and shelter.They are fire resistant and when the bark is stripped it grows back. The oldest of these trees date back 1,100 - 2, 500 years. What secrets do they hold?
