BIG apology to my fans & friends 🙏🏾 I had one of my best training periods in 🇪🇹 and came here only to win a medal ! That in itself is a poor mindset, I’m supposed to follow my own motto: train hard and smart and do your best in the race, give your everything in the race and be happy with your result ! Lost of things happened during the race but I was supposed to fight until finish line ! 4 or 5th place seemed like a nightmare yesterday but what I will regret for ever is a DNF 😔! (Ps: when I woke up this morning I hoped it was a dream but 😶‍🌫️..nope🤪) Last but not least I want to congratulate my brother @bashirabdi204 with his hard fought medal and my coach @garylough !
