the food we eat speaks too, you see and by food I mean occurring naturally without the added and extra faux’s the real stuff, you know, the shit that grows it whispers sweet words to the inner heart beat it dances on nerves that stem from the feet it plays the organs’ strings and cradles womb in lullaby it writes the measures of strength in the thigh it soothes the belly with rhythms of yum the nutritive melody sends the soul in Om we are what we eat, its really no lie do you know where your food source resides? what hands prepared it, or ways that it’s used? the love that went in, and the knowledge infused? you can taste the colors if you just close your eyes it will dance within you, it’s quite the prize the wisdom it holds is beyond our years what you see? It is not as it appears it’s able to take you too other dimensions- that is why I eat with intention
