Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi gave us a sneak peek of what to expect for the massive parade coming to downtown on Thursday. The huge event is all to celebrate the Honolulu Little League on becoming world champions. The parade will be at 12 p.m. on Sept. 8.
