The Pause compound is made up of two dwellings, each on a 5 acre piece of serene landscape, just minutes from #JoshuaTreeNationalPark . #PauseHouseAM is lighter and airier, taking cues from Scandi design while #PauseHousePM offers a darker, richer atmosphere with a masculine bent. We were invited by our pals @HomesteadModern and Wedgar Properties to be a part of this project at the end of 2019. We had no idea then that this respite would provide so much comfort to so many visitors during a year where space to breath meant everything.
