Does your training & nutrition plan reflect your goals?
❗️You could be getting so much more out of your fitness and make better progress if you have the right plan in place.
❗️If your goal is to ‘tone up’, do you have sufficient muscle in place to create this look?
❗️If your goal is to drop body fat, are you creating a decent enough deficit through your output vs input to achieve this?
❗️If your goal is to build muscle, are you eating the right food to fuel your training sessions? And eating the right food after to replenish lost glycogen stores?
❗️Are you programming your training to allow for sufficient recovery for muscle groups?
