First is 9000 PAPER BALLOONS - 9000のペーパー・バルーンズ which conceived, designed and performed by Japanese artist Maiko Kikuchi and American puppeteer Spencer Lott. It is directed and dramaturged by Aya Ogawa. I have a small role in being the cinematographer. This project has been years in the making and it is stunning.
