Negroni Week might be over, but I’m still pouring the Campari. Although I love it now, I remember not being a fan of the bitter early on. Then I saw this recipe on @imbibe, tried it out myself and I was pretty much hooked after that. Bitter Mai Tai 11⁄2 oz Campari 3⁄4 oz Jamaican rum 1⁄2 oz Orange curaçao 1 oz Fresh lime juice 3⁄4 oz Orgeat Fresh mint Combine ingredients and shake with ice.
