Well fam, it’s been a bit. She’s been quiet- but don’t let it fool you! I have been behind the scenes rebranding my entire business with @3816creative, hopping on coaching calls with my girls over at @babesinbusinessxo so I can keep leading well and growing this thing, chatting constantly with @modernchicaccounting bc my brain can’t handle math, learning about all the new @bellamihairpro launches & transitioning us into a VIP partnered salon, onboarding a new scheduling system, still managing, mentoring & adding to the best team in the world, hopping behind the chair to do art and connect with my clients (and no I’ll never give that up, I love doing hair & actually just opened up to take a few new clients)🤣🫶🏼 oh! and working though all the trials and tribulations of building a brand new salon (can I get an amen—bc I often wonder if I should throw in the towel and move back to my baby suite with @lindsey.does.my.hair 🙏🏼). Like a true enneagram 8 psycho, I’ve managed to load it all on my plate. I’m working through one of the toughest (and maybe most uncertain) seasons I’ve experienced in life and this week... I just had to give myself some grace. God has shown me immense favor, and he’s *always* had my back— that won’t stop. I truly do live the dream, even if it’s a little crazy right now. Thank you guys for constantly supporting me—For clients like @msmaggie_co @courtywagz & @alexandercovarrubias — who came in yesterday and let me cry a little bit, gave me insane words of wisdom & reminded me that this journey is worth it. And for my team for always sending a sweet message, offering to help & support bc they see the vision and want to be a part of it, or getting me chic fil a when I’m about to lose it. 🤣 If you’re in the season, pat yourself on the back. Give yourself some grace too, know that a lot of learning comes from navigating through mistakes & in a year you’ll look back in awe on how far you’ve come. And get some dang personal hobbies bc that’s what I’m doing! 🙋🏻‍♀️ that’s really it, lol.
