THE UNUSUAL STORY OF AN UNUSUAL (BEER) BRAND⁠ ⁠ We are super excited to be able to share this book with you all very soon! It is something we have been working on for quite a while. Now it is finally here, and we could not be happier about the result.⁠ ⁠ The book captures the complete story of Mikkeller - almost 20 years (can you believe it!!?) From Mikkel's early kitchen experiments to being a world-renowned craft beer brand with bars and restaurants in different parts of the world.⁠ ⁠ It is a richly illustrated coffee table book that takes the reader on a visual and comprehensive journey through the stories of Mikkeller’s different concepts and the ideology behind them, the collaborations, the design, the festival, the running club, the restaurant and bars - and of course the beer! It is a deep dive into the story of an unusual company, the extraordinary man behind it, the successes and the challenges, the ups and down. ⁠ ⁠ The book includes a whole lot of beautiful photos mainly taken by the talented photographers who have loyally followed us around throughout the years (shout out to @theismortensen, @camillastephan and @rasmusmalmstroem) and of course contains lots of colorful and playful illustrations by our incomparable design team, Art Director @keithashore and Designer @lukecloran. It is written by the gifted feature journalist @ryehauge, who has followed Mikkel and some of the people around him for over a year. It is beautifully designed by Jacob Birch from @spine_studio and published by the lovely and passionate people from @strandbergpublishing.⁠ ⁠ The book is out on November 27th in both Danish and English. ⁠ ⁠ We hope you will love the result as much as we do.
