One of my highlights this year was co-creating and running an incredible 8-month online yoga teacher training with @balancedrockorg. We had 13 remarkable humans join us, and we dove deeply into the ancient wisdom of yoga from the comfort and safety of our respective geo-locations. Every week we came together in our sacred virtual classroom to share, explore and learn on many levels. We covered yoga philosophy, anatomy, biomechanics, and probed how these map onto our understanding of the five elements, ecology and the natural world. We practiced meditation and pranayama, we opened our minds, hearts and bodies. Honestly I had no idea it could be so good to have consistent yoga community online!
